1) Registration:The access to the www.terrerouge.fr website is for professional use only. To enter the website, see the collection or order, the customer needs his email address and a password. To define and confirm his password, the customer just has to click on “new customer” and fill a registration form. The password will allow him to enter our website and place an order when he wants. 1) Orders: To have access to our collection and order, the customer has to identify himself. He has to fill at the top on the right of the screen the fields “e-mail” indicating his email address and “password” indicating the selected password, we confirmed him. He can then enter in our shop on-line and start to select his items. For each item there’s a minimum quantity, (see “minimum quantity”) to respect while placing your order. The price indicated is the price for one single item independently of the minimum quantity. The customer will receive within 48 hours an email confirming his order. Terre Rouge reserves the possibility to confirm all or part of the order for any kind of reason: according to the stocks, previous disputes with the customers, items delivered in a close geographical area…. The orders are submitted to the agreement by the buyer of the above mentioned conditions, all the clauses and conditions contrary to them will be considerate invalid, null and void. 2) Prices: The goods are supplied at the prices in effect at the time the order was placed. The prices are in Euros. The transport costs are not included. They will be communicated on the pro forma invoice and depend on the weight of the parcels and on the place of delivery. 3) Transport - delivery: The deliveries are provided by our carriers or by the Post, except if the customer prefers to use his own carrier. Terre Rouge applies itself to respect the delivery time but a delay can’t be a sufficient reason to cancel the order or to ask for compensation. Terre Rouge is released from the obligation to deliver in case of fire, flood, strikes or circumstances beyond its control. All the operations of transport and handling are made at customer’s own risks. The customer has to control the delivered goods and to take proceedings against the carriers, even in case of free transport costs, as part of the articles 105 and 106 of the commercial law. In case of a too damaged parcel, the customer has to reject it. All customer complains regarding good defects, inexact quantities or wrong references compared to the original order, have to be put down in writing and transmitted to Terre Rouge within 48 hours after the receipt of the goods, otherwise the complain will be null and void. |
